Within the past year, Tekframe has grown dramatically. To keep pace with the speed of the expansion, it is now one of the few construction companies to have a hydraulic press brake machine.

This, Paul believes, is one of the features that sets Tekframe apart from other companies and competitors, allowing Tekframe to deliver a comprehensive service, with a turnaround of just 24 hours, which gives suppliers the option to order and collect within the same day.

With the power to press 100 tonnes and up to four metres in length, this extremely advanced machine can produce up to 640 metres a day of pressed products.

The varied sizes allow the machine to produce angles from 30mm leg up to 1,000mm leg and zed angles, with a combination of leg sizes and drops.

Paul adds: “Fully programmable CNC press brake means Tekframe’s specially trained factory workers can manipulate the steel to best suit what our clients have asked for.”
