Double shaft shredder is used to shredding plastic, rubber, fiber, paper, wood,large hollow products ( plastic bucket etc), and all kinds of waste products ,especially the metal, or other waste products .like roll film, woven bag, tv, refrigerator shell, wood , car and tires , hollow barrels,Fishing net, cardboard, circuit board , etc.

Whole Blade Structure:Suitable for shredding various products, such as electronic garbage, hard plastic, rubber, packing barrels of various materials, etc.
Assembly Knife Structure:Suitable for shredding heavy metal or plastic, such as refrigerator, metal barrel and material with thickness of more than 10mm.
SW Type Blade Structure:Suitable for shredding general products,such as wood,aluminum engine housings or brittle materials.
VZ Type Blade Structure:Suitable for shredding products, such as packaged aluminum ,car shell, etc.
Pineapple Type Blade Structure:Suitable for shredding circuit boards and other hard plastic ,can shred the product 10mm or less.

1.Sheet plate welded structure is adopted, with hydraulic transmission and accumulator return, typical of an easy operation, reliable performance, and nice apperance, fitted with digital display system.2.Indication by indicator is provided for adjustment of blade clearance, for a handy and prompt adjustment.3.Alignment device with lighting and control device for shearing stroke are set, with a handy and prompt adjustment.4.Rolling material support ball is provided, to minimize fish tall with sheet bar and to reduce frictional resistance.5.The rear stopper is fitted with coder and digital display system, so that the position of rear stopper is displayed more accurately, thus to further enhance the shearing precision of this machine.6.The machine tool is provided with the functions of digital display, soft limit, as well as prompt for one-way positioning clearance, and automatic counting for shearing.
